Description: (This is an extended version of the session presented at the Elevate Conference. Both parents who may have attended the conference/session and those who didn’t will benefit from attending this program)

Are you chronically exhausted from life’s demands? Children, marriage, friends, self care, social media, and more? Do you often wonder, how in the world are we supposed to successfully balance all of this? Amber is here to tell you that you’re not alone, you’re not failing, and that there is a way to successfully manage all that life requires. She will bring a very practical spin on the unrealistic “self help tips” that are thrown at you in every media facet around. This won’t be a session that leaves you thinking “that’s all unrealistic”, but will transform the way you think and shift the way you choose to respond to those demands.

**This is an adult only program. We ask parents to find childcare in order to attend this program so that all participants can gain the greatest benefit possible. Your kids will thank you for it later! 😉 **
